Dermaceleb Cellonic Booster contains 300,000ppm Stem Cell Conditioned Media 30 to regenerate aged skin. It restores the natural vitality and health of the skin by protecting and vitalizing skin cells from the inside, and invests vitality and radiance that fill up from inside the skin by promoting skin turnover. Conditioned media is the nutrient-rich liquid collected from cultured stem cells; according to Dermaceleb, it carries the growth factors and signalling proteins the cells release, including EGF, basic FGF and TGF-β1, along with collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Many of our customers pair it with an MTS derma roller.

The results below come from Dermaceleb's in-vitro tests on cultured cells.
- Regeneration and wound healing: Stem cell conditioned media promoted fibroblast migration and proliferation, and wounds closed up completely when Cellonic Booster was applied to dermal fibroblast cultures. For cell proliferation it was more effective on epidermal keratinocytes than EGF at 2 ng/ml.
- Collagen and hyaluronic acid: Over 12 to 48 hours, cells treated with the conditioned media produced more collagen and hyaluronic acid than an untreated control, and more than cells treated with TGF-β1, the positive control.
- Whitening: In melanoma cell tests, 50% conditioned media suppressed melanin production and tyrosinase activity more than 100 ppm arbutin, a standard whitening ingredient.
Does this contain actual stem cells?
No. It contains conditioned media, the liquid that stem cells are grown in. Living cells are not used in cosmetics. The media carries the proteins and growth factors the cells release.
Can I use it with the Oxytical Droxyd 3.98 or EGF ampoules?
Yes. Many of our customers layer them. A common order is Cellonic Booster first, then Droxyd 3.98 or EGF, then moisturiser.
Is it suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Several of our reviewers with sensitive or breakout-prone skin use it daily. As with any new product, patch-test on a small area first.
How long does a vial last?
About 1 to 2 weeks with twice-daily use, since you only need 1 to 2 drops each time. A box of 5 vials covers roughly 5 to 10 weeks.
Why is it priced higher than other ampoules?
The concentration. At 300,000 ppm of conditioned media and only 1 to 2 drops per use, the cost per application is lower than the box price suggests.
How should I store it?
Keep vials sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, finish the vial within 2 weeks and keep the dropper clean.

I have tried many products from Unnie K-Shop and they never failed to amaze me . Just when I thought I have tried the best product, came along this new Booster. I was blown away with how this product was able to 'bring out' the best of all the other products I am using . I tried MTS using this last week and my skin is now at its best in many years. The price may be on the high side BUT the results makes up for it . A little goes a long way so I feel its value for money in the long run. Thank you Team for always bringing in the best for us !

Skin type: Dry with oily T zone Problem: Regularly have milia seeds (oil seeds) Have 2 big milia seeds (or at least i thought it was milia seeds) on the side of my face for months and didn't go facial to remove due to current covid situation. After applying stem cell for 6 days (without MTS), one of the seed became smaller and flat while the other seed was ripe and i could squeeze it out. Usually my pimple wound takes around 5-7 days to recover but with stem cell, it recovered after 3 days. Overall, this also helps my skin to be more absorbent.

I have combination skin which is oily skin to acne to out break since 14 years old and now in my mid thirties the problem leaving me with large pores and lot acne scars around my cheeks area. This first 2 products,I have tried with Unnie K-shop are EGF and Oxytical. Both are good but STEM CELL is the best! Stem cell expedite the result. I feel is a must to try and is worth the amount you pay for. 1st- my barrier is stronger. I often get out break but now my skin is more stable. I no longer feel embarrassed having red cheek cos of the outbreak. 2nd- I use it with MTS. I can see my pores become smaller and my acne scars less obvious. I dont have to spend thousand of dollar going to Rejuran or laser which give me temporary result only. 3rd- It help with fine lines. I put layers of stem cell on my lines. I feel it is less obvious now.

It improves my skin barrier. When i have outbreak, normally i take around a few weeks for my face back to original.. BUT after using stem cell for 1-2weeks, I rarely have any outbreak, even if i have 1-2 pimples, it takes a few days to recover. Super LIKE this products.
