- We accept returns and exchanges for incorrect or defective items ONLY.
- Return items must be in their original packing and condition – unopened and unused
- The return or exchange has to be requested within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item. Any return or exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Please provide us with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area.
- Please wait for a confirmation email with return details from us before mailing the item(s) back via a fully trackable shipping method. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we will not accept the return/exchange.
- Upon our approval for your return, the returned package must reach us within 5 working days (Singapore orders) or 10 working days (International orders) thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will not be processed.
- Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 5-7 business working days from the day the item has been received.
- If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement item or store credits in its place.
- Returns will only be in the form of store credits with a validity of 3 months.
- We will not accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return should a returned item not meet these requirements.
