How to use

Is it a moisturiser or a treatment?
Both. It is light enough to be a daily gel moisturiser for oily or combination skin, and soothing enough to use as a calming layer when your skin is flaring up.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Yes. It contains a low level of salicylic acid, so if you also use a strong exfoliating acid, alternate nights rather than stacking them.
Is it suitable for very sensitive skin?
It is made for sensitive skin, but it contains camphor, which gives the cooling feel and can tingle on very reactive or broken skin. Patch-test first.
Which size should I buy?
50ml if you use it on the face only. 500ml if you want to use it on the body too, or if more than one person in the household uses it. The 500ml works out much cheaper per ml.

Does have an effective soothing and cooling effect. But it does make my skin look greasy. Using it only at night. Copy and paste to other ByTheQuality products because I used this following Leah's routine on her livestream. As my skin is considerably fair, it's hard to tell if it's gotten fairer. I have made sure to find alternative sunscreen that also ensures my face has a matt finish to it. No pimple outbreaks. This will always be my repeated sentence in most of my reviews in the past because I am quite particular about this. Dark spots on my face still not cleared yet so time will tell a month or two later. Redness on my cheeks and nose area not cleared yet so time will tell as well.
Good for oily acne sensitive skin
My 13 yr old boy has oily acne sensitive skin. Recently he had sunburn on his cheeks , forehead & nose due to soccer practice under hot sun, causing acne & red spots like rashes flare up. I use cica mask to calm his skin then apply this on his face. After 1st day can already see obvious improvement. Less redness & red spots, acne not so big. Love this, but hope can be cheaper to use in long run. Hahaha
