Essello D-Panthenol Soothing Toner is an essential link for nutrients and moisture to be absorbed efficiently into the skin. It does not contain distilled water but instead uses Dogo Hot Spring Water which is rich in minerals for our skin. Contains Bifida ferment filtrate for skin barrier improvement. Centella Asiatica extract to control sebum and calms irritated skin. Panthenol for skin protection and moistuirzing.
